Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on the printer (excluding consumable parts like the LCD screen, FEP film, and nozzles) and dedicated lifetime technical support.
What is your return policy for resin and filament?
Unopened and unused resin or filament can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottled resins.
How can I update the firmware on my Mars or Saturn printer?
You can download the latest firmware updates from our official website's 'Support' section. Simply load the files onto your USB drive and print them to update the system.
