ELEGOO offers a 30-day return policy for most items, ensuring you have the support needed for your 3D printing and electronics projects. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at service@elegoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your ELEGOO device in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside, and ship it via a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned item for completeness and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
